VERSE 1
CHORUS
OUTRO

Part IV|English Companion
Gentle Reading — The River Flowing Through My Heart
In life, we are often busy completing one task after another, yet we rarely pause to ask ourselves:
“What am I truly feeling right now?”
Some emotions slowly fade, while others remain quietly in our hearts, unseen and without a chance to be expressed. As they continue to build up, our hearts may begin to feel heavier and heavier.
In this issue, we would like to invite you to gently bring your attention back to your inner world.
You don't have to change your emotions right away, and you don't have to force yourself to feel happy immediately.
Like a river, the heart doesn't need to be hurried. It naturally knows the direction in which it needs to flow.
May this issue's reading, song, and writing accompany you as you slowly release the weight you have carried for too long, allowing your heart to flow again and return to its own sense of peace and tenderness.

Gentle Writing
If your heart were a river today, what would it look like?
Perhaps the surface is calm. Perhaps something that happened recently has created gentle waves. Maybe a few stones are slowing the current, or perhaps the river is quietly finding its direction again.
Take a few minutes for yourself and write down the feelings that have been staying in your heart.
You don't need to organize them, and you don't have to find an answer right away. Simply describe what you are feeling at this moment.
When you finish, gently ask yourself:
Which emotion am I willing to let begin flowing today?
Sometimes, real change doesn't begin with immediately letting go. It begins when we are willing to gently notice what we feel.
Today's Gentle Question
What feeling would you like to let flow gently through your heart today?
Continued Companionship
Thank you for reading this issue of Song of Little You.
In life, some emotions fade away naturally; other feelings need us to pause before we can gradually see them clearly.
If today's reading, song, or writing has helped you hear a small voice within your heart, that is already enough.
You don't need to rush to feel lighter right away, nor do you need to require yourself to release every heavy feeling all at once.
What truly matters is not that you never feel sad again, but that you are willing to gently accompany yourself whenever emotions arise.
May your heart be like a river — even when it meets stones or bends, it can still find its own pace and slowly discover its direction forward.
May every feeling you honestly see also begin to flow again, bringing you back to your heart's original peace and tenderness.
We look forward to reading life together with you again in the next issue.
